Add-ons are optional integrations and tools that extend Adobe Express functionality by connecting to external services or enabling additional features developed and supported by Adobe.
The Adobe Express K-12 add-on collection is a curated set of add-ons designed for K–12 students and educators.
Default add-on access by role
Students will see and have access only to the K-12 add-on collection.
Educators will see and have access to all add-ons, including commercial add-on collection and expanded K-12 add-on collection.
Starting March 23, 2026, the Adobe Express K-12 add-on collection will be turned on by default for all users in existing K-12 organizations.
Admin controls for add-ons
- Enable or disable add-on access for users at any time.
- Manage access for both the K-12 Add-on Collection and the Commercial Add-on Collection.
- Use the add-on toggle for the Member role to enable or disable all add-ons organization-wide.
- Manage access at the individual add-on level for specific users or user groups.
These controls allow you to align add-on availability with your organization’s policies and classroom needs.
