Asset not found
If you are getting the "Asset not found" error when applying presets or autotones to your file, it is likely that you have mentioned the folder path in the input and output location field. To fix this error, make sure not to specify the folder path in Input location and Output location.
- Input Location: Provide the complete path till filename including file extension.
- Output location: Provide the complete path till filename without extension, as the extension is entered in the Output File-Type field.
New folder created in Output File Location
Existing file is overwritten with a new file with the same name
You set up a zap to convert your files to a different format, but your existing file gets overwritten. This happens when a file with the same name already exists in the folder. To resolve this error, provide a different filename in the Output File Location.
Error: Zap stopped running (Business IDs)
If your Business ID has been recently upgraded by your organization, your zap may stop running. This happens when you are temporarily signed out of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for Zapier after the upgrade. To fix this error, sign in again with the correct User Profile associated with the asset.
