b. Customer is responsible for monitoring and limiting the amount of Contacts in its Marketo Engage database to not exceed the amount of Contacts identified in the Sales Order.

c. Performance and Performance Plus Packages: The Adobe Marketo Engage On-demand Services include the following as Entitlements if Customer has purchased a Performance or Performance Plus package as identified on the Sales Order. A Prime Performance or Prime Performance Plus package, or an Ultimate Performance or Ultimate Performance Plus package, also includes all Entitlements for a Prime or Ultimate package set forth in the table above.

2. Entitlements for Add-ons.

a. Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Customer may enable up to 25 Marketing Users for this Add-on.

b. Sales Connect. Customer may enable up to 5 Users to access and use all elements of this Add-on.

c. Sales Insight. Customer may only enable the quantity of Users licensed on the applicable Sales Order to access the web browser and Microsoft Outlook plugin elements.

d. Dynamic Chat.

i. Customer may trigger or display up to 25,000 chat conversations to web visitors per day. 1,000 of such chat conversations may be engaged with by such web visitors per day.

ii. Customer may permit up to 50 Users to access and utilize the Dynamic Chat functionality provided as part of the Marketo Engage On-demand Services.

iii. Customer may engage up to 100 concurrent chat conversations at any given time.

a. Engagement Programs: Each Engagement Program can support 25 Streams. Each such Stream can support up to 125 pieces of content.

b. Segmentation: Each segmentation can include up to 100 specific segments.

c. Dynamic Content: Dynamic content blocks in a landing page or email can support up to 10,000 different permutations of displayed content resulting from Customer-input conditions.

d. Uploaded Image and File Sizes: The maximum size of any image or file uploaded into the On-demand Services is 100 MB.

e. Imported File Sizes: The maximum size of any Custom Object data or Contact data imported into the On-demand Services is 100 MB.

f. Exported Campaign Results: This feature is limited to the exportation of 30,000 rows (i.e., the activities/activity types in a smart campaign) at one time.

g. Size of Landing Pages and Emails: The maximum size of any landing page or email is 65 KB.

h. A/B Tests: This feature is limited to concurrently operating up to 10 test scenarios.

i. Smart List Subscriptions: This feature is limited to 100 smart list subscriptions per instance of the On-demand Services, in which 100,000 Contacts are included in each such subscription. If a smart list contains more than 100,000 Contacts, only the top-listed 100,000 Contacts are included in such subscription.

j. Webhooks: This feature is limited to Trigger Campaigns. Webhooks cannot be used in Batch Campaigns.

k. Veeva CRM Sync: Veeva Call data will be synced on a rolling six (6)-month basis.

l. Add-ons: All Add-ons set forth in this Product Description (whether or not such Add-ons are included in Customer’s Adobe Marketo Engage Select, Prime, or Ultimate Package) are not HIPAA-ready, and must not be used in conjunction with data or processes requiring additional HIPAA protections.

2. API Calls. 

m. Batch Size: API Calls regarding Customer’s Contact database can include a maximum of 300 Contact records per API Call. API Calls regarding Customer’s marketing and organizational assets can include a maximum of 200 asset records per API Call.

n. Payload Size: REST API Call payloads can be no larger than 1 MB.

o. Bulk Import File Size: Files imported via a bulk import API Call cannot exceed 10 MB.

p. SOAP Max Batch Size: SOAP API Calls can include a maximum of 300 records per API Call.

q. Bulk Extract Jobs: A maximum of 2 Bulk Extract Jobs can be executed concurrently. A maximum of 10 Bulk Extract Jobs (including any then-executing Bulk Extract Jobs) can be queued for execution. When the data quota set forth in the table above (for any level of package) is reached, Customer cannot create or enqueue another Bulk Extract Job until such quota is reset at midnight Central Time.

3. Custom Objects Add-on. 10 Custom Objects are included with this Add-on. Each Custom Object can include an amount of distinct fields as set forth in the above table.

4. Workspaces & Partitions. This feature includes 100 Workspaces and 100 Partitions.

5. Sandbox. A Batch Campaign initiated in a Sandbox is limited to sending 25 emails in the campaign.

Definitions

Add-on(s) means additional Products and Services that may be licensed by Customer and identified on the Sales Order.

Activity means any individual piece of information or data point that identifies a person’s engagement or experience through a marketing campaign, such as, but not limited to, opening an email, opening a web page, or filling out a form.

API Call means each request from an external server to a Customer’s instance of the Adobe Marketo Engage On-demand Services to create, retrieve, and remove data in such instance, retrieve and interact with Contact records and associated object types, and interact with Customer marketing collateral and workflow-related records.

Asset means, with respect to Predictive Content, a single piece of Customer content (such as a video, e-book, blog post, etc.) that Customer decides to be prepared, approved and enabled for Predictive Content outcomes.

Batch Campaign means a marketing campaign that launches at a specific time and affects a specific set of people all at once, such as sending an email to all people in California.

Bulk Extract Job means the execution process of an API Call to retrieve a large set of Contact and/or Contact-related data.

Contact means a single record of a person in Customer’s Adobe Marketo Engage database for whom Customer has a point of contact (email, Facebook, Twitter, physical mailing address, etc.).

Custom Object means a Customer-created attribute or identifier that can be assigned to a Contact, consisting of a name, description, and field(s).

Custom Object Record means each record in the Adobe Marketo Engage database for which a Custom Object has been attributed to a Contact.  

Engagement Program means a program created by Customer in Adobe Marketo Engage used to effectuate complex person nurturing.

Entitlements means usage limits that are strictly monitored and enforced by Adobe.  Should Customer exceed an Entitlement, Customer may be obligated to pay additional fees or license additional capacity.

Marketing User means a User of Adobe Marketo Engage that can access and use all non-administrative functions of the On-demand Services (excluding, if applicable, the Account-Based Marketing, Sales Connect, and Sales Insight Add-ons).

Model means a single, customizable map of Customer’s person journeys via defined revenue stages.

Partition means a division of people in a segregated manner, acting as separate databases in which each such division contains people that do not de-dupe or mix with other divisions.

Performance Guardrails means usage limits that relate to the scoping of Customer’s proposed use case. Should Customer exceed a Performance Guardrail, Customer may experience performance degradation; Adobe will not be responsible for such performance degradation.

Extended Data Retention means 37 months of retention for Customer Data that is ascribed a 25-month data retention period in the Documentation.

Performance or Performance Plus means an offering of the Adobe Marketo Engage On-demand Services identified as “Performance” or “Performance Plus”, respectively, on the Sales Order.

Program means a single marketing initiative.

Program Membership Record means a data point representing a person’s status within a particular Program.

Sandbox means a software environment Customer can use for development and experimenting with Adobe Marketo Engage features independently of Customer’s real marketing activities, training, quality assurance, and testing.

Scoping Parameters means usage limits that relate to the scoping of Customer’s licensed use case.  Should Customer exceed a Scoping Parameter, Adobe will work with Customer to remedy the issue leading to such excessive use. Should Customer persistently exceed a Scoping Parameter, Customer may be required to license additional capacity.

Standard means an Adobe Marketo Engage On-demand Service (either Select, Prime, and Ultimate package) that is not a “Performance” or “Performance Plus” package.

Static Limit means a usage limit that relates to the technical boundaries of Adobe Marketo Engage.  Customer may not modify Static Limits.

Stream means a pool of prioritized content that an Engagement Program uses to nurture leads.

Test means, with respect to the Email Deliverability Powerpack, a single, automated review of Customer content to (a) determine whether such content may cause trouble with spam filters or delivery to people’s email inboxes, (b) validate that Customer website links and redirects are working and minimizing load times, and (c) preview how a Customer campaign will display across different email clients, web browsers and mobile devices.

Trigger Campaign means a smart campaign that affects one person at a time based on a triggered event. An example of a triggered event would be clicking a link in an email.

Veeva Call means the call report record derived from a Veeva CRM used to capture every aspect of a user interaction with a healthcare provider.

Webhook means a request from a Customer’s instance of the Adobe Marketo Engage On-demand Services to an external server to send and/or retrieve data and interact with Contact records in such instance.

Workspaces means separate work environments in the Adobe Marketo Engage database with their own marketing assets.
