Did you purchase an Adobe product or service for another person -- for example, a family member, friend, or colleague? 

Did you download a trial version of Adobe Acrobat?

If you downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat, your regular subscription would have started after the trial period. Check your Plans & Products page for details of your subscription.

Did you try a free membership to Adobe Stock?

After the free promotional offer of Adobe Stock completes, your paid membership begins and the monthly fee is charged automatically.

Did you purchase a PDF service last year, such as Create PDF?

Some PDF services renew annually, such as Create PDF, PDF Pack, Export PDF, or Fill & Sign. You can view your subscriptions on your Plans & Products page.

Do you suspect fraud? Here’s what to do.
