Metadata doesn't import with video files

When you display metadata on a video file in Lightroom Classic, data—such as dimensions and capture time—are missing. You imported the video file directly into Lightroom Classic from the camera.

Solution

Copy your videos to the hard disk before you import them into Lightroom Classic. Or, use a card reader instead of importing them directly into Lightroom Classic from the camera.
