Limitations with Canon's Raw Burst Mode in Camera Raw and Lightroom

Adobe Camera Raw and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom offer standard support for all Canon cameras included in the list of supported cameras. Do note that Canon’s Digital Photo Professional software is required if you want to take advantage of Canon’s Raw Burst Mode feature available in some Canon cameras.

Pre-processing Canon CR3 Raw Burst Mode image rolls (continuously-shot images) before importing

Open the Raw Burst Mode image roll with the Raw Burst Image Tool in Canon Digital Photo Professional.
Save one or more individual images from roll.
You can now import or open the resulting CR3 file(s) in Adobe Camera Raw or Lightroom.
