Error code P1 while installing Acrobat DC, installation failed

When installing Acrobat DC, the installation fails with the following error message: "An unknown error has occurred. (Error Code: P1)".

Solution

Try the solutions mentioned in the following document: "Failed to install" Creative Cloud desktop app.

Stop once you have successfully installed the Creative Cloud desktop app. Now, try to install Acrobat DC from the Apps panel of the desktop app.
