Your Adobe ID is usually the email address you first used when you started your membership, or purchased an Adobe app or service—and it’s the key you’ll need to access your Adobe ID account.

You can access your Adobe ID account in two ways: online via or through your Creative Cloud desktop app.

Sign in via

Access your Adobe ID account online and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Sign in via your Creative Cloud desktop app

  1. Click the Creative Cloud icon , located in the taskbar (Windows) or Apple menu bar (macOS), to open the Creative Cloud desktop app.

  2. If prompted to sign in, enter your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password, and click Sign in.

  3. Click the Profile icon, and then click Adobe Account in the menu that appears.
