Sign out of Windows and sign in again

Press CTRL+ Alt+ Delete, sign out of your machine, and sign in again.

This solution will work if previous version of Adobe Genuine has already been pushed to your machine.

Reinstall the Adobe Genuine Installer

  1. Right-click the downloaded .zip folder, click Extract All..., and then click Extract.

  2. Open AdobeGenuineInstaller. Right-click AdobeGenuineInstaller.exe and choose Run as administrator. Wait for the installation to complete.

    Install AdobeGenuineInstaller

  3. Press CTRL+ Alt+ Delete, sign out of your machine, and sign in again.
