Adobe Fill & Sign is a new Adobe application that is part of the Adobe Document Cloud. Until the ability to send forms directly from within Fill & Sign is added, you can send from the Files tab or the Send & Track tab.

Send & Track

You can send you form (or make it available through a public link) using Adobe Send & Track:

  1. Sign in to Adobe Document Cloud at https://cloud.acrobat.com/send with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.

  2. Click Select Files to Send or Add Files, and then choose Document Cloud Files.

  3. Select your PDF form, and then click Continue.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • To share the form link, click Create Link and then copy the generated link. You can now use the copied link in an email client to share with others.
    • To send the form directly from here, select Send Personalized Invitations, add email addresses of the recipients in the Send To field and then click Send
