As a system admin, you can allow or disallow access to Adobe Express add-ons if you’ve purchased your Teams membership directly from Adobe.com.
For enterprise organizations, Adobe Express add-on access is managed through role-based access controls.
Add-on access behavior
By default, users can download and use Adobe Express add-ons. Admins can turn this access on or off at any time.
When add-on access is turned on:
- Users can browse, download, and use Adobe Express add-ons.
When add-on access is turned off:
- Users cannot download or use Adobe Express add-ons.
- Previously installed add-ons are blocked from use.
This setting applies to all users in the organization and can’t be configured for individual users or groups. It applies only to Adobe Express add-ons and doesn’t affect desktop plugins or extensions.
Update add-on access
As a Teams admin, you can allow or block Adobe Express add-on access only at the organization level.

Use the toggle to allow or block users from downloading and installing Adobe Express add-ons.
Changes are saved automatically.
