Overview

primesign is located in Graz, Austria, and is part of the CRYPTAS Group.  primesign has been an eIDAS-certified qualified trust service provider (QTSP) since July 2016.

primesign offers qualified signing via its remote signing solution primesign MOBILE. Customers can either sign instantly by using their national eID (no prior user registration with primesign required, signing with primesign MOBILE one-time certificates) or have a personal signing certificate issued promptly within minutes via a fully remote onboarding service. The identity verification of applicants is done online and performed via video or based on an existing electronic identity (eID), including ID Austria and the Austrian mobile phone signature (Handy-Signatur).

Using the Cloud Signature Consortium open standard, primesign offers the following signing certificates that work with Adobe Acrobat Sign cloud signatures:
