Localized Help not available for some locales

For Adobe Premiere Elements 15, the localized Help is not available for the following locales:

• Chinese Simplified
• Chinese Traditional
• Polish
• Czech

Adobe Premiere Elements 15 users in these locales have access to Help in English.
