Unable to upload raw images using the Publish panel in Bridge

In Bridge CC 2017 7.0, when you drag raw images from the Content panel onto the Publish panel to upload to Adobe Stock, the Unable to Upload All Assets dialog displays the following error message:

Your selection contains assets that cannot be uploaded to Adobe Stock. Assets are in an unsupported format.

Unable to Upload All Assets dialog displaying the error: Assets are in an unsupported format.

Solution

When you drag a raw image from the Content panel onto the Publish panel, Bridge converts the raw image to JPEG for uploading on Adobe Stock using the Camera Raw plugin. Only those raw image formats that are supported by Adobe Camera Raw are converted to JPEG.

To find out if Adobe Camera Raw supports your camera model, see Cameras supported by Camera Raw.

  • If your camera model is supported by Camera Raw and you are still getting this error when trying to upload the associated raw image, choose Help > Updates and update Camera Raw to the latest version.
  • If your camera model is not supported by Camera Raw, you won't be able to upload the associated raw image to Adobe Stock using the Publish panel in Bridge.
