Issues when importing PowerPoint

Create a PowerPoint presentation with size, for example, 20 cm x 11.25 cm. Then import the presentation in Adobe Captivate (2019 release) keeping the resolution of the project at full HD, for example, 1920 x 1080 px.

You can see all the slides on stage, however, when you preview the project in HTML5, the slides may not display as expected.

Fix

We are working on providing a fix for this issue. We shall share an update soon.

Workaround

1. In the PowerPoint file, in the Design tab on the ribbon, select the size of the slide.
2. On the Custom Slide Size pop-up, specify the size as 25 cm x 15 cm (smaller slide size).
3. Now import the PowerPoint file in Captivate with the aspect ratio maintained.

The slide will now be visible in runtime .
