Your Adobe ID is usually the email address you first used when you started your membership, or purchased an Adobe app or service—and it’s the key you need to access your Adobe account.

How do I sign in to my Adobe account?

Access Adobe account online using your Adobe ID and password. You can also use your social account (Facebook, Google, or Apple) to sign in to your Adobe account.

A successful sign-in attempt takes you to your Adobe account page, where you can view your plans and products, change password, print invoices, download apps, and do much more.

Do you know that you can also access your Adobe account using the Creative Cloud desktop app? Launch the app by clicking the Creative Cloud desktop icon  in the Windows taskbar or macOS menu bar. Then sign in to the app and click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner. To access your Adobe account, click Adobe Account in the menu that appears.

To avoid typing an incorrect user name or password, make sure that the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys are off. Then retype your email and password.


Have you changed your email address or have multiple email addresses?

If you have multiple email accounts or changed your email address since you originally purchased, try using your other or previous email address. If you think you have Adobe IDs associated with different email addresses, or are unclear which email address is associated with your current membership or purchased product, contact us.
