With the 2017 release of Creative Cloud desktop apps, Adobe Drive is no longer supported. Effective December 11, 2017, Adobe Drive is declared end-of-life. For more information, see some frequently asked questions.

Adobe has discovered a compatibility issue between Adobe Drive and macOS 10.12 (Sierra). See Adobe Drive and Sierra | macOS 10.12.

You may need to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Drive. See Can't connect to DAM server | Windows 8.1.

With Bridge 6.3, the Adobe Drive extension may not appear in the Favorites panel after installation. If this happens, you can manually add the extension.
