Learn how to send your project to Premiere on desktop (Beta) for advanced editing and seamless workflow.
Sending a project lets you continue working on it in Premiere on desktop (Beta), where you have access to more tools and effects. You can review the project’s file count and size before sending to ensure everything’s ready for transfer.
If you have Adobe Cloud Storage, ensure you have an Adobe account with cloud storage enabled. This is essential for transferring your projects and media. Open Premiere Pro on your desktop and sign in with the same Adobe account you used on mobile. Navigate to the Creative Cloud panel, locate your transferred projects and media in the cloud section, and download them to begin editing.
If you are a new user, you can download Premiere on desktop (Beta) from the Creative Cloud website. If prompted, sign in to your Adobe account, then click either Download or Install for your app. For more information, see Download your Creative Cloud apps.
When you send a project from your mobile device to the desktop, a copy of both the media and the project file is uploaded to Adobe Cloud Storage. This process only transfers data from mobile to desktop, so your subsequent changes on either device won’t sync between them.
Select the Premiere desktop (Beta) tab to prepare your project for transfer.
Review the project details, including the number of files and total size.
Tap Send project to export your project. A copy of your project will be sent to Premiere on desktop (Beta) via Adobe cloud storage.
