Sign in with a passkey instead of a password

Learn how to use a passkey to sign in to your Adobe account without using your account password. 

Sign in to your Adobe account with a registered passkey

Once you set up a passkey, you can use it to sign in to your Adobe account. 

  1. Enter your email address on the Adobe account sign-in page and select Continue.

  2. Select Sign in with passkey.

    The sign in page with a text box to type in your password and options to use a passkey or social account.
    If you have added multiple passkeys, you can use any of them to sign in to your account.

    Autofill passkeys:

    Alternatively, you can view a list of saved passkeys when you type your email address. Select the preferred passkey to sign in to your Adobe account. 

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate your identity and sign in to your account.

    The Google Chrome prompt asking you to use your touch ID or enter the password to sign in to your Adobe account.
    Your instructions may vary based on how you created the passkey.

    Note:

    If the passkey authentication fails, sign in to your Adobe account using your email and password.
