You can enable social sharing to allow your customers to share articles with other customers.
Users can share articles from iOS and Android apps. Sharing from Windows apps is not supported.
If social sharing is enabled in project settings, any app user can share articles through email, Twitter, Facebook, or any other supported social media on an iOS or Android app. For each article, you can specify settings in article properties to determine what happens when recipients view the shared article.
Facebook Ads are not supported in social sharing workflows.

When a recipient of the shared article clicks or taps the shared link, the resulting page depends on several factors, including how article properties are defined and whether the user is clicking the link on a computer or tapping the link on a device:
Social share landing page (default behavior) – The social share landing page appears by default when the user taps the share link on a mobile device or if a user clicks the share link on a computer and Desktop Web Viewer is not enabled. See the end of this article for a detailed description of what appears on the social share landing page.
Article on a website – A web URL appears if you edit the Social Share URL option in article properties to replace the auto-generated social share URL with a different URL.
Desktop Web Viewer (supported only on computers, not devices) – The Desktop Web Viewer version of the article appears if viewed on a computer, if Desktop Web Viewer is enabled, and if a Social Share URL is not specified in article properties.
For information about enabling the Desktop Web Viewer, see Desktop Web Viewer for AEM Mobile.

-
Sign in to the On-Demand Portal (https://aemmobile.adobe.com) using either a Master Admin account or a user ID with the Manage Projects and Users permission enabled.
-
- In the Images tab of article properties, specify a Social Media image if you don't want to use the Article Image. The image you specify appears in the share message, such as the email message or Twitter post, and in the landing page.
- In the Social Sharing tab of article properties, specify the text used for the shared article in the "Article Text for Social Sharing" field. The text you specify appears in the share message and in the landing page. If you leave this field blank, the article "Abstract" text is used.
- For the social sharing landing page, use the “Social Share URL” option to determine whether the shared article displays a dynamically generated Social Share Landing Page (SSLP) or goes directly to an article on your website. Leave this option as is to use the generated landing page. Or, specify a URL so that clicking the shared link opens the web page directly.
- Specify a “Web Article URL” if you are using the generated landing page for the shared article and want to include a link to an article on your website as part of the social share landing page. This option is especially useful if your website includes a URL that corresponds to the article.
ملاحظة:
Do not specify a Desktop Web Viewer URL for either the Social Share URL or the Web Article URL. The Desktop Web Viewer is not supported on mobile devices.
- In the Images tab of article properties, specify a Social Media image if you don't want to use the Article Image. The image you specify appears in the share message, such as the email message or Twitter post, and in the landing page.
You can determine the appearance of the social share landing page by specifying metadata and images for the project, the article, and the collection in which the article appears.

- Specify the Brand Image in the Basic tab of project settings.
- App Store icons appear if store URLs are specified in the Store tab of project settings.
- The Title and Author appear if specified in article metadata.
- Specify the Share Image in the Images tab of article properties. The Article Image is used if no Social Share Image is specified.
- The Article Text is the "Article Text for Social Sharing" field in the Social Sharing tab. If that field is emply, the article Abstract specified in article metadata is displayed.
- The Read More link lets the user tap the link to open the app on a device and view the article. If the app is not installed, it opens the the App Store. The "Read More" link appears only on devices, and it appears only if the project includes 1 top-level collection. If project settings specify 2 top-level collections, the Read More link does not appear on the landing page.
- A link to the Optional Web Article URL appears if you specify a URL in the Social Sharing tab of article properties.
- An auto-generated list of adjacent articles in the collection from which the article is shared appears at the bottom of the landing page. You cannot control this list at this time.
