Adobe recommended browsers

Thank you for visiting Adobe.com. For the best experience with the Adobe website, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

Which browsers are supported

Adobe apps and services are designed for the latest operating systems and browsers and require valid sign-in credentials from a compatible browser before you can access them. For optimal viewing and security, we recommend that you use an up-to-date version of any of the following browsers:

If you don't use the latest version of a recommended browser, or if you use a browser that is not listed above, Adobe features may not work as you expect, or at all.

Note:

Apple doesn't provide updates for Safari on Windows anymore. If you're using macOS or iOS, you can enjoy Safari updates bundled with versions 14, 15, or 16.

How to troubleshoot browser issues

Check supported browser versions.

Check to see if your problem is related to known issues with your browser version, above.

Clear your browser's cache.

Clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history may help to resolve problems.

Try a different browser or move to a different computer.

You may find it helpful to have more than one browser installed on your computer. If you run into problems, moving to another browser may resolve your issues. You can also try moving to a different computer to see if the problem persists. This may help to discern whether your issue was a problem with your browser or computer, or with Adobe.com.

Still having problems?

If the issue persists in several browsers, and on different computers, report your problem to Adobe Support for assistance.
