The Creative Cloud for teams deployment includes Creative Cloud for education and Creative Cloud for teams.
For instructions on packaging and deployment, see Admin Guide.
To obtain and license the Creative Cloud applications, you must use the Admin Console to manage your team. From the Packages tab, you create deployment packages that contain the applications of your choosing. These packages can then be deployed or installed on client systems. The packages contain all the licensing information required to activate.
Alternatively, users can download and install the apps on their own using Creative Cloud desktop app. Use one of the following methods to provide access to the Creative Cloud desktop app:
For more information and other licensing options, see Licensing overview for institutions.
Creative Cloud for education device licenses enable you to license software on specific machines instead of a named user or with a serial number. Users never have to sign in or enter a serial number to use the software. Licenses are tied to machine deployment pools, which are created automatically when you order products.
Creative Cloud for education customers must place a VIP order with an Adobe Authorized Education Reseller for device licenses. Adobe then creates a deployment pool for the products ordered. For example, if you purchase 100 Creative Cloud All Apps licenses and 50 Photoshop licenses, two deployment pools are created.
To obtain and license the Creative Cloud applications you must use Creative Cloud Packager, which can be download from your team Admin Console (creative.adobe.com). Once you download the packager, create deployment packages that contain the applications of your choosing. These packages can then be deployed or installed on client systems. The packages contain all the licensing information required to activate.
