What is Adobe Brand Intelligence?
Adobe Brand Intelligence enables enterprises to capture both explicit and implicit brand guidelines, validate how the brand shows up across channels, predict engagement before activation, and instruct automated assembly using creative apps. It works by building a structured brand ontology from both explicit inputs—such as brand guideline documents, design systems, approved assets, and briefs—and implicit inputs, including comments, reviews, approvals, and human feedback that capture tribal knowledge and real-world brand judgment.
The ingestion and structuring of this training data is led by Adobe Forward-Deployed Engineers, who work directly with customer teams to help ensure brand definitions and contextual nuance are accurately captured and that Adobe Brand Intelligence focuses on the guidelines that matter most to the customer.

Definitions
Brand means a single, distinct commercial identity maintained by Customer, represented by one single, distinct primary logo together with its Permitted Variants. Permitted Variants means alternative renderings of the same underlying logo that do not, individually or collectively, constitute a separate commercial identity. Permitted Variants include without limitation: (a) color variations (e.g., full-color, monochrome, grayscale, black, and reversed/knockout versions); (b) orientation or lockup variations (e.g., horizontal, stacked, icon- or symbol-only, and wordmark-only versions of the same logo); (c) file format, resolution, or dimensional variations; (d) clear-space, safe-area, or responsive-crop variations; (e) localized versions in which only descriptive or tagline text is translated while the core mark is unchanged; and (f) style variations (e.g. in which the same logo rendered with different imagery, colors, textures, or creative styles).
Concurrent Users means the number of Users interacting with Adobe Brand Intelligence (i.e., performing at least one operation) at any given time.
Generative AI Feature is defined in the Specific Licensing Terms for Adobe Generative Artificial Intelligence Features, available at https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms/enterprise-licensing/genai-ww.html.
Operation, in addition to the meaning set forth in the Firefly Creative Production for Enterprise Product Description, also means and includes the billing metric for use of Skills. For example, Skills may consume more than 1 Operation. The consumption rate of Operations for each Skill is set forth in the Rate Card.
Rate Card means the table detailing the Operation consumption rates and limitations linked out or set forth in the applicable sales order(s) under which Customer has licensed Operations, which such table may be updated from time to time, such as when Skills are added.
Skill means the capabilities performed by Adobe Brand Intelligence and subject to the limitations listed in the Documentation and Rate Card. Skills are Generative AI Features.
