Lightroom CC 1.4 (June 2018 release) crashes when you open the Presets panel.

This issue has been fixed in Lightroom CC 1.5 (August 2018 release).
To update Lightroom CC to the latest version, choose Help > Updates.

Rename the User Presets folder
In File Explorer (Win) / Finder (Mac), navigate to the folder path mentioned below:
Windows: \Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Develop Presets
Mac: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom CC/Develop Presets
Under the Develop Presets folder, locate the User Presets folder and temporarily rename it to any other name.
Launch Lightroom CC and open the Presets panel.
The crash issue should now be resolved.
(Optional) In the Presets panel, you can now rename the presets group to User Presets again.
Right-click (Win) / Control-click (Mac) the presets group and choose Rename from the pop-up menu.
