In the Video Editor workspace, click Export & Share.

Direct Facebook sharing is no longer available, but you can save your creations on computer and share them separately. For more details about this issue and workaround, see Unable to upload photos and videos to Facebook.
To share videos on YouTube, follow these steps:

Select the Online tab and then select YouTube.

Change the recommended settings, if needed.

Click Begin Share.

If this is the first time you are trying to access YouTube from within Adobe Premiere Elements, authorize Premiere Elements to access your YouTube account.

Enter a title, decription, and tags for the movie. Select a category and depending on your privacy preferences, select Public or Private.

Click Upload.
You can also share your videos to Vimeo. To do this, click Vimeo in the Online tab of the Export and Share dialog box.
