In Use GPU for Preview Generation, select one of the following:
- Auto - This is the default and recommended option. Lightroom Classic will use a GPU for preview generation only if the following criteria are met:
- GPU has 16 GB or more VRAM
- GPU supports full acceleration by default
- On - Select this option to force enable GPU for Preview generation, irrespective of the criteria.
- Off - Select this option if you don't want to use GPU for Preview generation.
Select On to allow preview generation using GPU. Select On to allow preview generation using GPU. - Auto - This is the default and recommended option. Lightroom Classic will use a GPU for preview generation only if the following criteria are met:

- The GPU for Preview Generation option is available starting with Lightroom Classic version 14.5.
- The Use GPU for Preview Generation is disabled if the Use Graphics Processor option is set to Off.
