Save time and ensure consistency by setting your company name once, for everyone.
Adding a company name at the account level helps streamline the onboarding process and creates a more consistent experience for your users. When the company name is pre-configured, it automatically populates in user profiles, reducing setup steps and minimizing user input errors.
This small configuration step also supports brand consistency across your Acrobat Sign environment. It ensures your company name appears correctly in system-generated experiences, like signing where a Company name is required. This helps to present a unified, professional presence to internal users and external recipients alike.

Configuration scope:
Administrators can configure the Company name at the account level only.
How you can access the Company name configuration is based on the service you have purchased.
Please select the version of Acrobat Sign you are using:

Enter the Company name you want to use in the Company name text box:

Save the configuration.
A success message is displayed when the logo file is uploaded and the logo is displayed.
After saving, the Company value in your user profile will automatically be updated to the official name.
NoteManually changing the Company value in your user profile does not update the Company name setting on the Brand Settings page.

As an Acrobat Sign admin, navigate to your admin menu and select Account Setup.

Enter the Company name you want to use in the Company name text box:

Save the configuration.
A success message is displayed when the logo file is uploaded.
As a result of configuring the Company name value, all newly created users in the account will automatically inherit the correct Company value. Existing users can be updated in bulk by checking the Set company name for all users in account box (see below).
NoteThe Company name setting only supplies the initial value for newly created users. Each user has the ability to manually change their Company value in their personal profile.
Align all users to the official Company name value (enterprise only)
Acrobat Sign permits users to edit their personal settings, and this includes the Company value for their individual users. This can cause drift in the official name of the company and how you may want it displayed unilaterally.
Additionally, companies can change their name to include elements (Inc, LLC, and the like) or change the name entirely (e.g., Changing EchoSign to Acrobat Sign)
If you would like to update the Company Name value in the profile of all users in your account:
- Check the Set company name for all users in account box
- Select Save
All user profiles will adopt the value in the Company Name field as the Company value in their user profiles.
Checking Set company name for all users in account is a one-time replace action for all users in your account.
Once the page is saved, all of the users are updated, and the checkmark is cleared to allow the action to be triggered again if needed (as users still have the authority to change their Company values).
