Create Captivate deployment package from Admin Console

This document includes steps to create an offline package for Adobe Captivate from the Admin Console for ETLA and VIP customers.

  1. Sign in to the Adobe Admin Console using your Adobe ID or Enterprise ID.

  2. After signing in to the Admin Console, the following screen displays:

    On the menu bar, choose the Packages tab and on the left pane click Adobe Templates.

  3. In the list Adobe Templates, click Adobe Captivate.

    Click the Customize button if you want to make changes to an existing template, such as, changing Package Locale and other options.

    Else you can click the Download button to download this template.

  4. To customize the existing template, click Customize to make the required changes.

    To change the locale, choose the locale from the Use OS Locale drop-down list.

  5. Choose the products that you want to include in your Captivate package.

  6. Customize other options for your Captivate Package, as shown in the screenshot below:

  7. After you've made the changes, click Build Package.

    Once the package is created, it is available for download next three days. After three days, the package gets automatically deleted from the Admin Console.
