When installing Adobe Captivate (2019 release), or updating to Update 1 using Help > Updates, a blank white screen appears after the sign-in screen.
Follow the steps below:
- Replace the Set-up.exe file inside the installer folder with the one in the location https://adobe.ly/2ppFMDa.
- Reinstall Captivate.
If you still encounter a blank screen, replace the latest Set-up.exe file with the one located in https://adobe.ly/2pmGLnq and re-run the installer.
