The Update 3 of the 2019 release of Captivate consists of a few bug fixes and deprecated interactions due to low usage.

- When recording a software simulation after choosing the option Use Smart Shapes instead of Captions, Captivate becomes unresponsive.
- When a course contains a random question slide, you are unable to launch the course after revisiting it after suspending or resuming the course.
- While upgrading a project to a Captivate (2019 release) Update 2 project, the process suspends at 80%, and resumes in a while.
- When using multiple themes, a few theme propeties that were defined in the Object Style Manager do not get updated as expected.
