Do more with your images using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for Zapier. Automate repetitive tasks such as applying Photoshop or Lightroom autotone or presets directly to your images or converting them to different formats.
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for Zapier is a Photoshop-Lightroom-Zapier integration that lets you automate conversion and transformation of your files. This app lets you automatically:
To get started, connect your Adobe account with Zapier.
Ensure that you have a valid Adobe ID. If you don’t have one, you can create an Adobe ID.
Open your Zapier account, and go to My Apps.
Select Connect a new account, and select Adobe Photoshop Lightroom from the drop-down list.
Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
Your Adobe account is connected to your Zapier account.
Open your Zapier account.
In the left sidebar, select Make a Zap.
For Choose App & Event, select an app and an event to trigger your zap. Then, select Continue.
Next, sign in to your app's account. Then, select Continue.
Follow the onscreen instructions to add more details about the trigger.
For Choose App & Event, select Adobe Photoshop Lightroom from the list of apps, and pick an action that you want your zap to perform. Then select Continue.
You have the following actions to choose from when creating a zap for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for Zapier:
Sign in to your Adobe account, or choose your Adobe account from the drop-down list, and select Continue.
Designate the starting and ending location for your files and presets, as well as the final format for the files. (Options may vary.) Then, select Continue.
Input File Storage
Choose input file storage from the list of given options (Adobe, Azure, Dropbox, or External). Select Adobe storage if your file is saved in the Creative Cloud storage. You can also use a custom storage value.
Input File Location
Add the input file location. For files that are stored in your Adobe Creative Cloud account, add the file path with /files/. You need a presigned GETURL for files stored outside of your Adobe account.
Output File Storage
Choose an output file storage from the list of given options (Adobe, Azure, Dropbox, or External). Select Adobe storage if you want your file to be saved in your Creative Cloud storage.
Output File Location
Add the output file location where you want the converted files to be present. For files that are stored in your Adobe Creative Cloud account, add the file path with /files/. You need a presigned PUTURL for file located externally.
Output File Type
Select a format of the output file type from the list of given options.
Presets File Storage
Choose a preset file storage from the list of given options (Adobe, Azure, Dropbox, or External). Select Adobe storage if your file is saved in the Creative Cloud storage.
Presets File Location
Add the presets file location where you want the converted files to be present. For files that are stored in your Adobe Creative Cloud account, add the file path with /files/. You need a presigned GETURL for files stored outside of your Adobe account.
Select the + icon to add some delay to the zap.
For Choose app & event, select Delay by Zapier and Delay for from the list of available options, and select Continue. Then enter the delay time, and follow the onscreen instructions.
Note:
Make sure to always add a delay to your zaps, and to check the status of your presets, autotones, and conversions when setting up zaps. We recommend to select the delay as per your file size.
