Why am I getting an invitations service disabled error?

Invitations service is disabled.

If invitations are not available, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

• Invitations service is experiencing an outage. For more information, see https://status.adobe.com.
• Possible fraudulent activity or misuse has been detected in your account. The use of invitations are disabled if the accounts do not follow the Adobe General Terms of Use (https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html). 

If invitations are not available, send an email to invitationsupport@adobe.com and provide your Adobe ID.
