The Column Graph tool lets you create and modify graphs with vertical bars using your data.

In the Graph Data window, select a cell and enter data or do any of the following:
- Import data : imports data saved as a .txt file
- Transpose row/column : switches columns and rows of the data
- Switch x/y : switches the x and y axes of graphs
- Cell style : adjusts the column width or decimal precision of cells
- Revert : reverts the changes you have made in the Graph Data window
- Apply : applies the changes you have made in the Graph Data window

Double-click the Column Graph tool to open the Graph Type dialog box and customize the tool's Type, Style, and Options settings.

To open the Graph Data window and edit your data, select the graph using the Selection tool and select Object > Graph > Data.
