You are unable to view your synced collections on the Lightroom for mobile app or Lightroom on your desktop.
- Synced collections from Lightroom on your desktop are not visible in Lightroom for mobile, even though the Sync With Lightroom Mobile option is turned on. Sync Activity section in the Preferences dialog (Edit (Win)/Lightroom (Mac) > Preferences > Lightroom mobile tab > Sync Activity) doesn't show any sync errors or pending sync activity.
- Collections from the Lighroom for mobile app are not visible in Lightroom on your desktop. Tapping the cloud icon
in the mobile app shows that all is up to date and synced successfully.

Create a new Collection. In the Create Collection dialog that appears, do the following:
- Input any desired Name.
- In the Options area, deselect Sync with Lightroom mobile.

Visit https://lightroom.adobe.com.
Click Sign in at the upper-right corner of the window. Now, sign in using your Adobe ID.

Once you are signed in, verify that all the synced collections and photos from Lightroom on your desktop are available in Lightroom on the web.

On the Delete Catalog screen, make sure that the photo count displayed here is the same as that shown in the All Synced Photographs catalog in Lightroom on your desktop.

Mark all the collections—noted in Step 3 of Backup the synced catalog in Lightroom on your desktop—for syncing with Lightroom mobile again.

In the Collections panel, select the new collection that you created earlier in Step 1 of Backup the synced catalog in Lightroom on your desktop.
