Go to your Manage account page and log in using your Adobe ID.

I want to change my name that appears in my Adobe Sign profile, however the option to change my name in the My Profile section is not active.

Steps

Select your name from the top-right corner.

Select Manage Account.

Under the Account section, select Edit.

Change your First Name and Last Name.

Select Save.

Log out of your Adobe Sign account and then log back in to see the updated name.
