I want to change my name that appears in my Adobe Sign profile, however the option to change my name in the My Profile section is not active.

Steps

  1. Log in to https://accounts.adobe.com using your Adobe ID.

  2. Click your name on the top right.

  3. Click Manage Account.

  4. Click Edit under Account.

  5. Change your First Name and Last Name.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Logout of your Adobe Sign account.

  8. Log back to see the updated name.
