The error message "Invalid email or password, or your account may be locked" could be due to maximum failed login attempts exceeded or invalid password or user name used or web browser related issue.

Steps

  1. If you are having trouble accessing your Adobe Sign account, go to: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login.
  2. Then click on the 'I forgot my password' link in the "Sign into your Account" box.
  3. A text box pops open and you can enter the email address that you use to log in to Adobe Sign. 
  4. Click Submit and you should get an email from Adobe Sign.  
  5. Set your new password, using the link provided in the email and you should be able to log in without issue.
