Log in to Salesforce as an admin
The below instructions walk you through the process of revoking your access tokens between Salesforce and Adobe Sign, and then relinking the integration, creating a new access token in the process.
Log in to Salesforce as an admin
Navigate to the Adobe Sign Admin page
Verify that you are logged in as the linking admin
Click the link to Access Adobe Sign Account Management Console
In the Adobe Sign admin menu, click the Personal Preferences menu item
Select the Access Tokens sub-menu item
If you find multiple access tokens for Salesforce, you may have multiple Salesforce organizations linked to your Adobe Sign account.
It is strongly recommended that you determine the nature of your deployment and all of the SFDC Orgs that may be impacted before revoking tokens to ensure that other orgs aren't broken unintentionally.
Single click the token identified as Adobe Sign for Salesforce
Click Revoke
Repeat 7 & 8 for every token identified as Adobe Sign for Salesforce
When all Salesforce tokens have been revoked, close the tab for the Adobe Sign admin menu
Return to the Salesforce tab, and click Unlink for the Adobe Account linked user
Click OK for the warning message that you are unlinking the integration
Click Link an Account
Click Sign in to Adobe
Authenticate with your current userID
When the admins for Salesforce and Adobe Sign are not the same person, the two admins should coordinate a time when they can both be available to revoke and reforge the access tokens to ensure that their service is not disrupted.
Log in to Adobe Sign as the account administrator
Navigate to Account > Personal Profile > Access Tokens
Single click the access token that indicates it is tied to Salesforce. This exposes the Revoke action.
