Signer has signed the document, but it never routes the document to next person

Signer has signed the document sent by the sender; however, it never routes the document to the next person for signature.

Make sure that signers complete all the assigned required fields and input their signature, and then click the blue button. Click to Submit button that appears at the lower right to finally submit the document.
Make sure that signer signs the right document. There is a possibility where the sender has the same document to the same person for signature. If signer signs the wrong document, the original document gets stuck in Out for Signature status for Sender.
A sender can resend the same document by setting reminder email for signer that definitely sends the right document.
