You can delete the Agreements that are in terminal Stage or not in-process from the Manage page.


Adobe Sign UI


  1. Sign in to your Adobe Sign account.
  2. Click the Manage tab.
  3. Click to select the document you want to delete.
  4. Click the Delete button at the upper-right corner of the screen.
  5. To delete the agreement, click the Delete button.

Additional information

  • Only the agreements, which are not in-process, can be deleted. For example, Signed, Library Templates, Drafts, Archived.
  • Cancel or decline the agreements in-process such as Out for Signature/Approval Or Waiting for me to Sign/Approve. Then, you can delete them from Canceled/Declined.
  • Only Sender/Creator of the document can delete them.
  • Once a transaction has been Deleted, it cannot be recovered on the Manage page.
