What options are not available in Adobe Sign Dashboard when you switch user to Advance account sharing?

Answer

Following are the options that are not available when user A switches to another user B account.

• Send from Library drop-down.
• More Functions features, such as Fill and sign a document, Publish a Web Form, Send in Bulk, Create a reusable template.
• Recent Events/Alerts and Activity for Last week or Month graphical data.
• Reports tab.

The Only option available in Dashboard is Use a Workflow drop-down.

Things to remember

When the user A switches to another user B account, user A can or cannot do the following on behalf of user B:

• User A can Send on behalf of User B from Send tab.
• User A can Cancel Out for Signature from Manage tab.
• User A can Delete the Signed document from Manage tab.
• User A can edit/delete existing Library templates and Widgets.
• Cannot Sign/Approve document waiting under (Waiting for me to Approve/Sign).
