The Resources page brings Adobe learning and product guidance directly into Acrobat Sign, so you can find help and updates without leaving your workflow.

The Resources page provides access to tutorials, videos, webinars, blogs, and product updates related to Adobe Acrobat Sign. Content is presented directly in the application to support onboarding, skill development, and ongoing adoption for both users and administrators.

For administrators, it also supports onboarding and self-service learning across teams.

Access the Resources page

You can open the Resources page from the top navigation bar.

  1. Sign in to Acrobat Sign.
  2. Select Resources from the top navigation.

What you’ll find on the Resources page

The Resources page organizes content into clear sections, making it easy for you to find what you need quickly.

Tutorials

The Tutorials section includes short, task-focused videos provided by Adobe. Tutorials are grouped by experience level:

  • Beginner – Getting started tasks such as sending documents, signing, and managing agreements.
  • Experienced – More advanced topics like templates, routing, and Send in Bulk.
  • Administrator – Admin-specific content such as setup, workflows, and reporting.

Selecting a tutorial opens a video overlay, allowing you to play without leaving Acrobat Sign.

Product updates

The Product updates section highlights recent improvements and new capabilities. This content replaces the previously hard-to-find updates that were limited to banners or buried in settings.

Updates are curated to surface relevant changes and help users stay informed about what’s new.

Additional learning resources

The Resources page also provides direct access to:

  • Webinars
  • Blogs
  • Extended learning content hosted with Adobe

These links open the full content when more depth is needed.

Who sees what

  • All users can access the Resources page and view tutorials and updates.
  • Administrator-focused tutorials may appear only to users with admin permissions.

This helps ensure content is relevant to each audience without cluttering the experience.

Notes and limitations

  • Content availability may vary over time as tutorials, webinars, and updates are refreshed.
  • Tutorials are streamed from Adobe and require an active internet connection.
