The Adobe Connect 10.0 release introduces a new HTML client for participants. Adobe Connect 10.0 also includes HD video support and UI improvements for the desktop application. It incorporates various improvement requests, and provides SSO support out of the box. It incrementally replaces Flash with HTML5 in Connect Central Web application pages, and resolves several bugs.
Adobe Connect 10 rolls out in the following phases:
Hosted services:
Starts on Oct 14, 2018. See Adobe Connect Downloads and Updates to know the migration schedule for your account.
On-premise deployments:
Will be available in December.
Managed services:
Contact your Adobe Connect Managed Services (ACMS) representative to schedule an update.
HTML client for participants
The new HTML client available in Adobe Connect 10 provides a faster and more accessible experience for participants. It is available for all Adobe Connect room types: Meetings, Virtual Classrooms, and Seminars.
HD video
A new HD (720p) option is now available when setting your video quality in Adobe Connect 10.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Out-of-the-box single sign-on (SSO) to link Adobe Connect with third-party SAML 2.0 based identity providers (IDP).

This update does not include a new version of the Adobe Connect application.
