Add a note to a transaction

Once a transaction is sent, you can attach a personal note to it on the Manage page. This note is only visible to the user who entered it, and only viewable on the Manage page in the Notes tab.

Quick steps

  1. Go to the Manage page.
  2. Single-click a transaction.
  3. Click the Notes tab on the bottom-right side of the page.
  4. Enter a note into the field.
  5. Click Save Note.

Step-by-step

  1. To add a note to a transaction go to the Manage page, single-click an agreement to select it, and then click the Notes tab on the bottom-right side of the page.

  2. Enter a note into the field, and click Save Note

  3. Agreements with notes have a small note icon to the left of the date of the agreement on the Manage page.

    Note:

    Deleting the text in the note field and clicking the Save Note button, erases the note and icon for the transaction.
