Unable to access cloud documents on multiple devices
Try these solutions if you're having trouble accessing files in Creative Cloud.
Sync conflict
A sync conflict points to sync issues for cloud documents when they're being accessed on multiple devices simultaneously.
Select Files > Files .
Hover over the file you're having trouble syncing, select the more actions icon, and then select Open or Open in web .
Save a copy of the file version to avoid losing changes by selecting File > Show version history > Create copy from version.
No internet connection
Check your internet connection and try accessing the app again.
Full cloud storage
Deleting files from the Files section moves them into the Deleted section. You must permanently delete them to free up some storage space.
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app or Adobe Home.
Select Files > Deleted .
Hover over the file, select the more actions icon, and then select Delete permanently .
In the Delete permanently dialog box, select Delete permanently.
