Buzzing sound on Timeline | Animate | Mac OS X 10.9

Issue

Playing sounds on the Animate Timeline or scrubbing the Timeline containing layers with sound causes a buzzing sound. It does not terminate until you quit Animate.

Solution

Install the latest update to Animate (November 2013) to eliminate the buzzing sound. For more information about the latest update, see release notes.
