You can encounter the issue with the Palette while using Adobe Connect 9.3. The Palette could display as white in Windows 8 when overlayed on Internet Explorer.
How this can be reproduced:
- Join into a Connect meeting room and start screen sharing on a Windows 8 machine
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Move the palette to check the transparency.
Note:
This is a limitation when using Windows 8 and Internet Explorer and there is no workaround for this issue at this time.
