Issue
Windows 7 users who launch either an Adobe CC 2019 application or an Adobe Acrobat application updated after October 2018 may see a blank dialog box:

This issue is caused if you are using a Windows 7 computer running Internet Explorer 8.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, upgrade the Internet Explorer version on your computer.
Download and install the updated version of Internet Explorer for Windows 7 from this location.
