Open a custom template. You can find custom templates in Your stuff, either under Files or within Projects where the template is stored.

View analytics for your custom templates and download as CSV to understand how often they are being discovered and reused by others.
With custom template analytics, you can track the following metrics:
- Preview count: The number of times users have opened the template preview.
- Reuse count: The number of times users have selected Use template to reuse the template.
Note
- Analytics refresh every 24 hours.
- External users cannot view analytics for templates owned by your organization.
View custom template analytics
Tip
To access templates that others have shared with you, go to Files and select Shared with you.
In the template preview window, review the Template usage section.
Review the analytics to see:
- The number of times the template has been previewed.
- The number of times the template has been reused.
Download custom templates analytics CSV
From the Adobe Express homepage, navigate to Your stuff > Projects.
Open the project containing the template. In the Project info panel, select the Download analytics CSV icon.
