The Rectangular Grid tool lets you create and adjust rectangular and square grids.

Double-click the Rectangular Grid tool to open the Rectangular Grid Tool Options dialog box. Customize the Rectangular Grid tool's Reference Point, Default Size, Horizontal Dividers, and Vertical Dividers settings.

To adjust the paths in the grid, double-click and drag the path using the Selection tool .
