  1. Sign in to your Adobe account (use the email address you provided when you set up your account).

  2. Click the page below that matches your account page, and you'll find the correct instructions.

Annual plan

Your membership will automatically renew each year on your annual subscription date until you cancel it. We will notify you as your 12-month renewal date is approaching and will advise you about any changes that may take effect.

Month-to-month plan

You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel. Your monthly rate is subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand.

How to turn off auto renewal

To turn off auto renewal, simply cancel your membership. Learn more about how to cancel your membership.


How to determine your renewal date

  1. Access your Adobe ID account, and sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.

  2. In Plans & Products, click Manage Plan.

  3. Under Plan details, you’ll find your subscription renewal date listed under your plan type.
